Rachel is excellent! She really listens to what you want/need and goes that extra mile to find it for you. She is realistic and honest about what you can actually find and afford. She was always available to us for any questions and even after our closing she has been helping us problem shoot our new build. As for selling our previous home, She is knowledgeable about current market prices and how to get the best offer! She and her team stayed our home beautifully! Then she priced it just right to get great for traffic and we had multiple offers within the first day! We ended up getting more than we ever thought we would! We couldn't be happier with our home she helped us find and with how our sale of our previous home went!
